1. Return Eligibility

• Item remains unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• No signs of damage or alteration

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or limited-edition reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

• Personalized/customized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Used, damaged, or altered items

3. Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

• UPI / Wallet: 2–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days
• Net Banking: 3–7 business days

5. Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged for size or replacement based on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective item.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
